Dr. Dale Tunnell

Meet Dr. Dale Tunnell, a highly skilled and accomplished individual with a rich background in law enforcement, psychology, and research. Born in Powell, Wyoming in 1951, Dr. Tunnell is a decorated Vietnam veteran who now lives a retired lifestyle in Wright, Wyoming. With over 40 years of service in federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, Dr. Tunnell received advanced training in Scientific Content Analysis, Psycholinguistics, and Psychiatric Content Analysis and Diagnosis. He holds a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from Capella University. Dr. Tunnell received advanced training in Layered Voice Analysis and worked closely with renowned experts like Avinoam Sapir and Louis Gottschalk, MD, Ph.D. He co-authored a book on computerized content analysis and was a research associate at the University of Arizona Center for Information, Technology, and Research. After retiring from law enforcement, Dr. Tunnell joined Halcyon Group International as the Director of Forensic Intelligence and Research, where he continued to refine his skills and advance his research. He is the author of seven books and an active member of the National Army Security Agency Association, the American Psychological Association, and the Linguistic Society of America.
